Who We Are
Cyber Defense Army LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded by Evan Morgan, a United States Air Force veteran. CDA operates as the IP holding company for a multi-entity cybersecurity ecosystem designed to address every dimension of modern cyber defense.
Our operating philosophy is built on the Empty Fortress Doctrine: we secure ourselves first. We practice what we sell. Every tool, process, and methodology we deploy for clients is battle-tested internally before it reaches a single engagement.
We believe that cybersecurity has been commoditized into monitoring and alerting services that create dependency without resolution. CDA takes a fundamentally different approach: structured engagements with defined outcomes, measured progress, and a completion state. Clients graduate from our programs stronger and more independent than when they started.
The CDA Ecosystem
CDA is not a single company. It is a coordinated ecosystem of entities, each purpose-built for a specific dimension of cyber defense.
CDA.Security LLC
The revenue entity. Security operations, assessments, and managed engagements for organizations that need operators.
CDA.Markets LLC
Market intelligence and security tool marketplace. Curated tools that operators actually use.
CDA.Institute LLC
Training, certification, and workforce development. The War College for the next generation of cyber operators.
CDArmy LLC
The workforce network. Vetted cybersecurity professionals deployed on missions through a structured rank and compensation model.
